Beautiful circa 1950s-60s women's dress, likely worn for a cotillion or school prom. It's a delicate confection of white organza with powder blue machine embroidery polka dots. It's lined and has rows of white netting as the under skirt. The satin lilac sash has a slightly faded patina. On the back skirt there is a very small insect spot (see photos). Given the delicate fabric and construction, this show-stopper just needs professional cleaning with minimal restoration. I suggest the dress fits sizes 4-6. Measurements: 42.5 " front bust to leg; 38.5" back shoulder blade; front waist sides Left to right is 11"; back waist side to side is also 11".
The back shoulder blade width is 13".
